Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
2. Divide the ground buffalo into four patties and season them with salt and pepper. Grill the burgers on both sides, turning once, until they are cooked through. Toast the onion rolls on the grill while cooking the second side of the burgers.
3. Serve the burgers on toasted-onion-roll with Onion Relish and Gorgonzola cheese.
